Backups
We will not be held liable for restoring client data or websites unless caused by our negligence. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backups for your website.
Ownership of Domain Names and Web Hosting
Upon reimbursing us for any expenses incurred, we will provide you with account credentials for
domain name registration and/or web hosting services that we have procured on your behalf.
Governing Law
The agreement and any proposals will be governed by Canadian laws. Both you and Routerservicesca agree to non-exclusive jurisdiction in Canadian courts for any disputes related to these terms and services.
