Refund Policy

We at ShopPrinto guarantee that your purchase will make you satisfied. To ensure that you have the greatest possible purchasing experience, we offer an easy-to-understand refund policy.

1. Who is able to return it?

You are eligible to request a refund in the following circumstances:

Please contact us within seven days of receiving your printer or accessory if it is defective or malfunctioning in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Please notify us within seven days after receiving the item if it is not what you purchased so that we can issue a complete refund or exchange.

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. In order to be easily sold again, the item needs to be undamaged, in its original packing, and in good shape.

Return Shipping:

We will instruct you on how to send the item back if your return is accepted. Please keep in mind that unless the item was damaged or shipped to the incorrect address, the client is responsible for paying for return shipping.

Processing of Refunds:

As soon as we receive the item back and inspect it, we will begin processing your refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirming the refund's processing.

Customized Orders:

Any printers or accessories that were ordered or built specifically for you are not returnable.

Items you deplete:

Paper goods, ink, and toner cartridges cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or color, please contact our customer care staff. Only if the item is in stock may you swap it.

5. Refund Timeline

After we authorize your refund, it could take seven to ten business days for the funds to appear in your account. How you paid and how long it takes your bank to process the payment will determine this.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your printer arrives damaged or malfunctioning, kindly notify us immediately. As soon as we can, we will provide you with a new printer or a complete refund together with a complimentary return mailing label.
